- Photo ID for you and your spouse
- Social Security numbers for everyone on the return
- Last year’s tax return
- Bank routing and account number for your refund

- W-2s from every employer
- 1099s (NEC, INT, DIV, R, G) and SSA-1099
- 1098 mortgage interest or 1098-T tuition forms
- Childcare costs and the provider’s tax ID
